Very Merry Pondicherry

Alright, this weekend I wanted to get out of the apartment and do something with my 3 days off instead of sitting around. So what started with a Monday day-trip to Mamallapuram to see the shore temple, has become a weekend at Pondicherry, a French Colony. I am here with Partha and his wife and child and of course Rama. Today, we arrived at our hotel, the Ocean Spray and were shown around to some rockin' rooms. While given the tour, i also looked around for the juice, but it seems as if they simply are not  related. What a total downer. After getting settled in a bit, we took off toward the town, where we visited a place where some famous person lived, whom i forget and will have to ask Partha about. Second, we visited a park where there were some areas for kids to play. Thirdly, we went to the beach with a rocky shore. The rain clouds rolling in made respite from the body-battering sun. So we walked around the shoreline for a bit and took in the ocean air, and relaxed. Then we headed back to the hotel and it started raining.
